The Location portrait experience is for when you feel like you want something a bit different. A change of scenery. A place that feels inspiring, intentional, and just far enough away from everyday life to feel a little more open, relaxed, and like yourself.

These sessions usually happen in beautiful indoor spaces - think hotels, retreats, lodges, Airbnbs, or other locations that carry their own mood and character. The environment becomes a backdrop, giving you privacy and space to show up a little differently.

There’s something really powerful about being in a new environment. Stepping into a new environment often creates a subtle shift - in how present you feel, how you move, and how you see yourself. That’s where these sessions start to open up.

Women choose Location sessions for many of the same reasons they choose to be photographed at all - to mark a moment, honour a transition, reconnect with themselves, or simply to be seen in a way that feels a little removed from everyday roles. The space itself naturally supports that experience, creating a sense of retreat, reflection, and quiet confidence.

Our time together is calm and unhurried. We move through the space with ease, working with available light, textures, and mood.

The images move between expressive portraiture and more intimate, artistic moments - guided by the space, your energy, and what feels right as we go. Every image is finished in my black and white style, keeping the focus on connection, presence, and you within the space you’ve chosen.
