Each month I host a dedicated 'Profile Portrait Day' for business owners and professionals wanting to update their profile portraits.
Profile Portrait Day offers 10 individual sessions throughout the day,
with each person having their own dedicated 30-minute session.
YOU'LL RECEIVE...
PREPARATION GUIDE
Once your session is booked, you'll receive a preparation guide with helpful tips to ensure you feel confident and ready for your Profile Portrait Session.
PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
Enjoy a relaxed 30-minute studio session with Charmaine, photographed in her natural light home studio. Bring up to two outfits to create a variety of professional portraits, with guidance every step of the way.
IMAGE VIEWING & ORDERING
Approximately one week after your session, you'll receive access to your private online gallery where you can view all of your portraits and choose your 3 included images.
You'll also have the option to purchase additional images if you wish.
***Only 10 sessions available each month.

HAIR & MAKE-UP
MAKE UP APPLICATION - $100
A professional makeup application is available as an optional addition to your Profile Portrait Session,
helping you feel camera-ready while still looking like yourself.
HAIR & MAKE UP APPLICATION - $150
For those wanting a complete preparation experience,
professional hair styling and makeup application can be arranged prior to your session.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW UPON BOOKING IF YOU REQUIRE HAIR AND/OR MAKE-UP
ARTWORK & DELIVERY
Once your final selection has been made via your private online gallery,
your professionally edited images will be delivered as both high and web-resolution digital files
within approximately 5 working days.
PAYMENT & RESCHEDULING
SESSION FEE
To secure your Profile Portrait Day session, full payment of $295 plus any hair and/or makeup costs,
is required at the time of booking. The session fee is non-refundable.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
RESCHEDULING
As Profile Portrait Day has a limited number of sessions available each month, bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please provide 3 or more days' notice and I can transfer your booking once to the
next available Profile Portrait Day, subject to availability.
Any further rescheduling will require a new booking and payment.
Rescheduling within 3 days of your session, your booking is non-refundable and a new booking will be required.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your session, your session fee is non-refundable.
If something unexpected or outside of your control happens, please get in touch as soon as possible.
